The Story
Half a century. That number sat with me for a while.
I'm turning 50. My friends, bless them, gave me absolutely no say in what to call it. Joechella it is.
This is going to be intimate. The people in this room are the people who've mattered across the last fifty years. Close friends, people I love and admire, people who've shown up in ways I don't take lightly.
It's somewhere between a microfestival and genuine connection time. There'll be workshops, lightning talks, rituals, and celebration. Something that actually fits the life I've been building toward. Five days that feel worth fifty years.

The Experience

December 9
ARRIVE
Settle in. Breathe. Let the beach and the people do what they do. The week starts here.
December 10 and 11
CONNECT
Workshops, lightning talks, and real conversation. A living eulogy circle. Connection rituals that make you remember why you love the people you love.
December 12 and 13
CELEBRATE
DJs. Performances. Sloth Disco. Sensory experiences I genuinely can't explain in one sentence. Dancing until we can't.
The Venue
Bali Beach Glamping, Tabanan
Fifty luxury tents on the west coast of Bali, set between black sand beach and rice fields with the Indian Ocean at the doorstep. Twenty-five minutes north of Canggu, far enough to feel like a world apart. Up to 120 guests, all sleeping in air-conditioned glamping tents with proper ensuite bathrooms and hotel-quality bedding. There is an infinity pool, a spa, an on-site restaurant, and a wide open lawn big enough for whatever we decide to do on it.
